Dr Harry Pannu
Founder, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer
A physician with more than 20 years clinical and management experience, Dr Pannu is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Arcadia Health Care, which he founded in 2012 and later developed its flagship hospital, Arcadia Pittwater Private Hospital. He later founded Matilda Health Care in 2019 and initiated the development of Matilda Nepean Private Hospital. Dr Pannu has experience in the inception, design, development, licensing and operation of private sub-acute, mental health and surgical hospitals with hotel-like facilities. He was previously Director of The IPHOA group of hospitals and successfully quadrupled its enterprise value. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and The Australian Private Hospital Association and the APHA Rehabilitation Committee (NSW member).
Wayne has more than 20 years experience in the property industry gained from the successful management and delivery of large large-scale developments across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and the United Kingdom. He is the Development Director at Matilda Health Care from inception and has been serving as a non-executive director of Arcadia Health Care since 2018. Wayne has an extensive track record in senior development roles in leading Australian listed and unlisted development companies. He has worked as Development Manager for Ionic Management (for Payce) developing several large scale mixed-use developments, and held other senior development roles working for Thakral Holdings Group, Walker Corporation and Lend Lease. He has a Bachelor of Building & Construction Economics from UTS.
Corporate Operations Manager
An experienced hospital manager, Kate Silver is the Corporate Operations Manager at Matilda Health Care and Arcadia Health Care. She has more than 15 years experience in clinical management roles in complex health care organisations, including planning and developing several new private health facilities – including surgical, sub-acute and mental health hospitals. Ms Silver is the Corporate Operations Manager at Arcadia Pittwater Private Hospital and Matilda Nepean Private Hospital, a new hospital under construction in Sydney’s south west. She was part of the team that opened Arcadia Pittwater Private Hospital in 2017, where she worked as Hospital Director until 2022 before being appointed to the role of Corporate Operations Manager. A physiotherapist by background, Ms Silver has a Masters of Health Management and a Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy).
